On-Line Registration for Fall, 2008 Seminars

FELTG accepts Visa and MasterCard; charge is not processed by web-service.  Credit card will be charged approximately 2 - 3 weeks prior to first date of seminar and email receipts will be sent no later than 2 - 3 weeks after program runs.

If you are paying by check, please use the "Printable" version link from each Seminar webpage, and mail registration along with payment.  DO NOT TRY to print this page.

If you are paying by your Agency's approved SF - 182 Request or Authorization for Training form, register by fax or mail. DO NOT TRY to print this page.  Please go to the "Printable" version registration form available as a link from each Seminar webpage,  and either fax it to (508) 349-0087 or mail it to: FELTG, P.O. Box 732, Wellfleet, MA 02667.

Registrations are not processed without a method of payment.

Registrations submitted within seven days of the beginning of any seminar MAY NOT be accepted; call first for space availability.

Registrations can not be confirmed after a program has sold out and "waiting list" priority will be given to requests for full program enrollment.

Walk-Ins MAY NOT be accepted -- subject to capacity limits. 

CLE sign-in sheets are available at seminars but application to individual state commissions for credit is the responsibility of the participant.  Upon request, FELTG will assist in CLE applications.

Rates for multiple days only apply to registrations for the same participant within the same week of seminars.  For example, attending one day each in EEOC Law Week, MSPB Law Week and Hearing Practices is still $395 for each registration.  Three day rate of $1170 applies to three days within  EEOC Law Week, etc.

Hotel reservations, cancellations, and charges are your responsibility. FELTG reserves the right to cancel a seminar based on registration. Attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the seminar without charge, and may substitute another attendee thereafter. The seminar fee includes daily refreshments and all handout materials.
