All registrations are "first come, first served". Registrations are not processed without a method of payment, and COMPLETE contact information. Registrations can not be confirmed after a program has sold out; "waiting list" priority will be given to requests for full program enrollment.

Registrations submitted within seven days of the beginning of any seminar MAY NOT be accepted; call first for space availability. Walk-Ins MAY NOT be accepted -- subject to capacity limits. 

CLE sign-in sheets are available at seminars, but application to individual state commissions for credit is the responsibility of the participant.  Upon request, FELTG will assist in CLE applications.

Rates for multiple days only apply to registrations for the same participant within the same week of seminars.  For example, attending one day each in EEOC Law Week, MSPB Law Week and Hearing Practices is still $420 for each registration.  Three day rate of $1170 applies to three days within  EEOC Law Week, etc.

On-line Registrations submitted without valid credit card number and expiration date, or incomplete information, are VOID. You may not be admitted to seminar without your confirmation from FELTG. Capacity is Limited — Walk-ins May Not be permitted.

Hotel reservations, cancellations, and charges are your responsibility. FELTG reserves the right to cancel a seminar based on registration, or any other circumstance. Attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the first date of the seminar week without charge, and may substitute another attendee at any time. The seminar fee includes daily refreshments and all handout materials.  An hour is provided for lunch.
