 Mr. Broida is a 1973 graduate of the New York University School of Law, where he was a John Ben Snow/Root Tilden scholar, and of Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania (B.A. 1970).

Peter Broida is the author of A Guide to Merit Systems Protection Board Law and Practice and A Guide to Federal Labor Relations Authority Law and Practice, among many other titles. Both treatises are used throughout the federal sector.

Mr. Broida also lectures throughout the United States on effective litigation techniques before the MSPB and EEOC in seminars that include other presenters who are experienced counsel for employees and management, as well as administrative judges of those tribunals.
